Hotel Heevan is a beautifully vintage property and very well maintained. The location is great, the rooms are spacious, and the overall ambience is really pleasant. I genuinely liked my stay here. However, the food definitely needs improvement. The pricing feels like that of a 7-star hotel, but the quality and quantity don’t match the cost. The menu is quite overpriced for what is offered. Other than the food aspect, everything else about the hotel is excellent, the upkeep, the comfort, and the lovely views. With better food quality and more reasonable pricing, this place would be perfect

We stayed there for one night. The view from room was mersmizing. Room was good and big. Hospitality is the best. Staff are welcoming and supportive. Food was mouth watering. This resort is child friendly. We loved our stay and will visit again.

The hotel stay was amazing and very comfortable. The view and the wilo cafe was just perfect. The staff was very helpful Hilal , sahil and zahur from housekeeping were very friendly it almost felt like home. Must stay at this property in Pahalgam. Worth every penny.

Our stay was truly unforgettable. This was the first time in our life we experienced snowfall as a couple, and it felt like a dream come true. Pahalgam itself is a place of love, peace, and beauty, and Hotel Heaven made it even more magical. A very special thanks to Sharif Sir for the best room allocation and excellent support. The room view was absolutely breathtaking—one of the best views in Pahalgam. The sound of the river flowing beside the hotel along with snowfall created a vibe that was purely magical. Room service was excellent, and everything in the hotel was neat, clean, and well maintained. The snowfall view we experienced was perfect, and honestly such a view in Pahalgam can only be found at Hotel Heaven. It truly felt like a heavenly experience, and the stay completely lived up to its name. Sharif Sir’s kindness is something we will never forget. During sightseeing, my shoes got completely wet in the snow, and he went beyond his duty by removing his own shoes and giving them to me so that I could continue sightseeing comfortably. Such a gesture shows true hospitality and humanity. I would also like to thank Danish and Aashiq, who provided black plastic covers so my shoes wouldn’t get wet again. Their quick support and helpful nature made us feel genuinely cared for. The in-house restaurant Dilkhusha was another highlight of our trip. Special appreciation to Maqbool Sir and Atikullah Khan Sir for their welcoming nature, polite behaviour, and attentive service. They ensured guests faced no issues and arranged everything smoothly. The food at Dilkhusha felt like it was made from the heart—every dish had a touch of love. The taste was amazing, and the Phirni was outstanding, one of the best I’ve ever had. Special thanks to the chef and kitchen team for such delicious food. Also, spending time at Cafe Willow was a beautiful experience and added extra charm to our stay. Overall, Hotel Heaven is truly the best view hotel in Pahalgam and a perfect place for couples. Highly recommended! We would love to visit again.
